Hello, I am Siana.

I am a Registered Dietitian, with a passion for helping people develop a healthier and more peaceful relationship with food. I believe nutrition should support quality of life rather than create additional stress. My approach is individualized, practical, and science based, recognizing that our nutritional needs—and what nourishment means to us—can change throughout every stage of life. I offer Nutrition guidance for all aspects of life; medical recovery, intuitive eating guidance, weight loss counseling, and more.

Additionally, I have many years of experience working in home health care, much of my experience focused on hospice and elder care, as well as supporting individuals and families navigating cancer treatment. During those years, I had the privilege of caring for people during some of the most vulnerable and meaningful moments of their lives. I witnessed firsthand how much compassionate and individualized support can mean.

Lastly, my own experiences have further shaped the way I approach end-of-life care and ultimately led me to become an End-of-Life Doula. I believe that dying, just like living, deserves to be approached with dignity, respect, and empathy. Every person and every family experience these transitions differently. My role is to meet people where they are, listen to what matters most to them, and help create an environment where their individual wishes, values, and needs are honored.

I created The Gorge Care Collective because I want to bring that kind of support back to my community—helping individuals and families feel less alone and more supported as they navigate life’ stages.
